Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter at HireX located in Madurai. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and make appropriate matches. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
