Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Assist in building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates\' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
- Assist in the interview process by scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and managing candidate communication.
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
