Job Description

:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Must have knowledge of job boards such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed.

• Must have done hiring for Manufacturing, Retail and FMCG industry.

• Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and databases.

• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

• Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools

• Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline.
