Job Postings and Sourcing:
Composing job descriptions and advertising vacancies on various platforms such as job boards, company websites, and social media.
Identifying potential candidates through networking, LinkedIn, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
Screening and Interviewing:
Assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit by reviewing resumes and applications.
Conducting preliminary phone screenings or face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Managing new hire procedures, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Facilitating smooth offboarding for departing employees and conducting exit interviews.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts as a primary point of contact.
Cultivating effective communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Employer Branding:
Implementing employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Engaging in social media, recruitment marketing, and networking to attract top talent.
Requirements Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, hiring, screening, and human resources.
