Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, particularly for MBA HR roles, and a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring high-caliber candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.

Qualifications :

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
