Hr Recruiter
Job Description
The HR Recruiter - Telesales will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for telesales executive positions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for sales roles and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified telesales executives.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
• Administer pre-employment tests and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to hiring.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
