Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing them with timely updates and feedback.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Solid understanding of recruiting techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
