An HR Recruiter is responsible for designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants, developing recruitment strategies, conducting background checks, posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate communication, assisting with on-boarding, monitoring recruitment metrics, and promoting the company's employer brand at job fairs and recruitment events.
