Role Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
