HR Recruiter:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our passionate HR team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring exceptional talent to drive our company's growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.

- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) to attract qualified candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the interview process.

- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and other employment terms.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

- Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HR or recruitment-related field is a plus.

- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software developers, IT professionals).
