We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Recruiter Interns. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. As a Recruiter Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for available roles.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Assist in the preparation of interview materials and provide support during the interview process.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
8. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
Duration and Schedule:
This is a 3-month]internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
