Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the active employee requirements.
- Sourcing profiles from various databases such as job portals, headhunting, and referrals.
- Screening candidates using various HR tools.
- Shortlisting candidates who match the job requirements.
- Submitting shortlisted profiles for client review and approval.
- Interacting with candidates to schedule interviews.
- Following up with candidates until their date of joining.
- Generating references from selected candidates.
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications
- Confidence in handling responsibilities.
- Full-time availability for a duration of 3 months.
- Familiarity with different hiring methods and modes.
- Only candidates from Ernakulam district will be considered for these position
- Valuable HR recruiter experience that will enhance your career prospects.
- An experience certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
