Talent Acquisition Executive:SAEV is looking for an IMMEDIATE JOINER for an Talent Acquisition Executive who should have Communication Skills.Design and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning testsAdvertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hireand source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per monthBenefits:
