: : Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resume and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants\' relevant knowledge and skillsexperience and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Should have technical knowledge for IT if applying for IT recruiter Should have technical knowledge of their relevant stream if applying for non-IT recruiter position Desired Skill Set - Good Communication Skills Fluency in Hindi, English is a must Self Disciplined ( This is non-negotiable) Willing to grow and learn What we offer Great Culture to work in Great colleagues to work along with Learn and work directly along with the founders Environment for growth Safety for all our employees is paramount especially in the case of female employees
