Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary focus will be sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Experience):
1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels to find and attract potential candidates.
2. Screening Applications: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Candidate Management: Maintain communication and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
5. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on job boards and company career pages.
6. Database Maintenance: Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
7. Collaboration: Work with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
8. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
9. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
10. Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Quilifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networks like LinkedIn.
