Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
