URGENT HIRING (Male / Female)HR recruiters, also known as talent acquisition specialists, are responsible for finding, screening, and hiring candidates to fill open positions at a company. They act as a liaison between job seekers and hiring managers. Some key responsibilities of an HR recruiter include:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Posting and advertising job openings on relevant platforms
- Screening resumes and applications
- Conducting initial phone/video screenings with applicants
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills
- Managing the hiring process from start to finish
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine needs
- Making job offers and negotiating salaries
- Researching labor market trends and recruiting best practices
