Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.
- Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Suggesting solutions based on client\'s needs and requirements.
- 6 days working
- Only Female candidates.
- Graduate and above.
- Proven experience in tele calling or a similar role.
- Professional certification in recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
