Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
Sourcing: Use various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find suitable candidates.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates\' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates\' strengths, weaknesses, and potential for success within the organization.
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis.
Working Days: Monday- Friday (Sat - Sun fixed off) Candidate should be flexible to shift timing. Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in human resources or relevant certifications.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience with a proven track record in recruitment.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is advantageous.
Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends is beneficial.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR software/tools is valuable.
Networking: Building a professional network within the HR and recruitment community can provide insights, opportunities, and professional development.
