Job Brief
: As an HR Recruiter you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring talented individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our overall success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees
Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in collaboration with HR team members.
• Promote company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience
Preferred Skills and Abilities
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of referral programs.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• A degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
