As an HR Recruiter specializing in recruitment at Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. This role is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their career in human resources with a focus on recruitment processes and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess applicant qualifications.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking activities to attract talent.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (candidates pursuing HR certifications or courses are encouraged to apply).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in human resources and recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
