JobBrief (HR Recruiter)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Non-IT Core HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidatesfor various non-IT roles within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understandtheir staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

Sourcing and Recruitment:

? Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source candidates for non IT positions.

? Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

? Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

Interviewing and Selection :

? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

? Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for non-IT roles.

? Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration and Communication:

? Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.

? Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Candidate Evaluation and Offer Management:

? Evaluate candidate qualifications and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

? Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.

? Conduct reference checks and background verification as necessary.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records .

Skills Required

? Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in recruiting for non-IT positions.

? Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Naukri etc.).

? Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualification

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
