HR Recruiter

Experience: 6 months-1 year( only experience candidates)

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFFERED

Location: Saket, Delhi

Shift: 10 AM TO 7 PM

Salary: 18k-25k

Position : HR Recruiter Resources department. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Requirements :

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
