Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

2. Candidate Management:

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.

- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.

- Provide insights and recommendations on hiring strategies and market trends.

- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads.

4. Recruitment Marketing:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

- Utilize social media and other online platforms to promote job openings and company culture.

- Participate in virtual job fairs and other recruitment events.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities.

- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
