Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring talented candidates across various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Candidate Assessment and Selection:
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions aligned with organizational needs and culture.
• Employer Branding and Outreach:
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present employment offers, manage background checks, and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
