Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within agreed timelines.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of sourcing and selection strategies.
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
