Role Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for non-IT positions, utilizing job portals, social media, and other relevant sources
Conduct phone screenings and interviews with candidates
Make hiring recommendations to the Hiring Manager
Manage and maintain candidate relationships
Develop and implement non-IT recruitment strategies, including leveraging job portals and social media
Track and report on recruitment metrics
Stay up-to-date on non-IT industry trends and best practices
Other duties as assigned
