Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting plans
Source candidates through a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
Check references and perform background checks
Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinate new hire onboarding
