Job Summary: Mindful Brain Sciences is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Chandigarh. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job portals), networking, and industry events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Act as a consultant to hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with HR team members on various hiring projects and initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
