:We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for talented individuals, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and universities.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit.
Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers. Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with selected candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work. Participate in job fairs and career events.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
