This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, using various recruitment tools and strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Candidates:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Selection:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests, if applicable.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Posting and Advertising:
  • Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the companys employer brand.
  • Interviewing and Selection:
  • Conduct structured interviews and facilitate the interview process for hiring managers.
  • Assist in the decision-making process by providing insights and recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
  • Offer Management:
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate offer terms and conditions, including compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
