Sourcing Candidates:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening and Selection:
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests, if applicable.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Ensure job postings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the companys employer brand.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct structured interviews and facilitate the interview process for hiring managers.
Assist in the decision-making process by providing insights and recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Negotiate offer terms and conditions, including compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
