The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent. It includes sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to attract top talent and meet the organization's staffing needs. Need Experienced Female Candidate having experience of at least 1 year in same field.
The Responsibilities are :-
1) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2) Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3) Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
4) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
5) Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
