An Ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier industry talent for our growing team. A recruiter, will be responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates with the right cultural fit and skills that are vital to our companys growth.Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with departmental managers, HR & management to understand the latest candidate requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to active/ passive candidates
- Source , Screen & filter qualified candidates from different job portals, internal databases, social media and references by evaluating as per the latest company standards.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of methods - video, in-person, walk-in drives
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Assisting HR department in relevant paperwork and operational tasks for smooth functioning
- Bachelor's or Master's degree - preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior 1-2 years experience as an HR Recruiter is Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment process and platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
