Summary:
KKBC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Recruiter and Administration professional to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the recruitment process on a global scale and providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Recruitment:
• Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
HR Administration:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all locations where KKBC operates.
• Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics to senior management.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection and privacy in all HR activities.
Employee Engagement:
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in global recruitment and HR administration.
• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices.
