Required qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools/software
