Job Title: HR Recruiter (Accountant KPO)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and accounting KPO hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our accounting KPO division, ensuring timely and quality hiring. The role requires working in an 11 am to 8 pm shift.Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for accounting KPO positions- Handle bulk hiring for various accounting roles- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback- Ensure timely offer rollouts and onboarding of new hires- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metricsRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in accounting KPO hiring- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in an 11 am to 8 pm shift- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSalary: 20k to 30k per month, depending on experienceLocation: AhmedabadShift: 11 am to 8 pmIf you\'re a talented and experienced HR Recruiter looking for a new challenge, please apply with your resume and a cover letter on iven email id -sipmonikam07@gmail.com or whatsapp me on 6358815533Regards.Monika
