1. On Demand Functionsa. Discuss with the top management regarding their expectations from a proposed jobrole in the organization. On basis of above draft a Job Role Task List and chalk out the skills, knowledge andattitude requirements from the proposed team member.c. On basis of point b above, draft an interview walk through as regards the questionsand screening method which will be used for recruited candidates.d. Widely circulate the above to job portal websites, social media, closed recruitmentcircles on whatsapp, job consultants to invite maximum recruitment.e. Maintain a basic excel tracker of all incoming recruits and schedule their interviews.f. Perform a thorough screening of the recruited candidates based on the interviewwalk through. Document the results for each candidate and retain in record along withcopy of the CV.g. Shortlist candidates best aligned to job role and present their interview walk throughresults to management for final interview round.h. Assist in final selection and on boarding of the candidates.i. Addition of financial details to the payrollii. Addition of CV, Basic ID (Aadhar+PAN), Cancelled Cheuqe, Educational andProfessional Qualifications to our centralized Personnel Folder.2. Routine Functionsa. Maintain an attendance register for various employees of the company and get thesame approved from management on a monthly basis to assess the number of leaveswith pay and leaves without pay.b.
