Experience: 1-2 years As HR Real estate company
Language Proficiency: English & Tamil
Role Responsibilities:
1.Recruit & select qualified staff (agents, brokers, property managers, etc.)
2.Train & develop employees (new tech, legal compliance, customer service, sales) 3.Manage compensation & benefits (salaries, commissions, health insurance, retirement) 4.Maintain positive employee relations (address concerns, resolve disputes)
5.Ensure legal compliance (employment laws & regulations)
6.Analyze data & plan strategically (improve HR processes & programs)
NOTE: Specific Industry Knowledge: The real estate industry has its own terminology and regulations. HR professionals may need to be familiar with these to effectively manage employee training, compliance, and communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Real estate appraisal: 1 year (Required)
• HR: 2 years (Preferred)
