• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Portal solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Oracle HCM integration with other enterprise systems.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM modules, providing guidance and support to end-users.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to maximize system utilization.
• Lead data migration projects during Oracle HCM system upgrades.
• Provide support for Oracle HCM system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to streamline HR operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM analysis and implementation.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.

• Thorough understanding of Oracle HCM system functionality and configuration.
• Knowledge of data migration best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
