We work closely with Denmark to support job-specific training and training administration across Novo Nordisk. Our team is responsible for maintaining ISOtrain training modules and courses, as well as knowledge management. We also collaborate with business areas and affiliates on process optimization and digitalization projects. Our goal is to simplify and standardize training set up across Novo Nordisk, ensuring efficient and effective training for all employees.The PositionAs an HR Professional I at Novo Nordisk, you will:Drive the maintenance of ISOtrain modules, courses, and profiles according to local ISOtrain strategies.Deliver ad-hoc training reports and analysis on ISOtrain status. Support knowledge management for ISOtrain.Ensure precision and uncompromising quality in all training activities.Demonstrate business understanding and take ownership of assigned tasks.Provide capacity and back-up training as needed. Proactively identify and address training needs and opportunities for improvement.QualificationsTo be our new HR Professional I, you should have the following qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.3-4 years of work experience in a global corporate company.Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in training coordination and/or administration.Proficient with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office, and basic presentation skills.Ability to analyze data sets and intermediate Excel skills.
