The ideal candidate will also be skilled in interpreting eNPS data and deriving actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:HR Policy Development

  • Understanding of HR Regulations:
  • Experience in creating policies that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Policy Design and Implementation:
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development
  • Training Programs: Experience developing and managing employee training and development programs.
  • Skills Assessment: Ability to assess skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Leadership Development: Experience in designing leadership development programs.
Employee Relations
  • Conflict Resolution: Proven track record in handling employee disputes and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Engagement Strategies: Experience in implementing programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Skills in gathering and acting on employee feedback.k practices and drive improvements to meet award criteria.
Experience with Great Place to Work Nomination
  • Award Application Process: Familiarity with the process and requirements for obtaining awards such as Great Place to Work.
  • Benchmarking: Ability to benchmark the organization\xe2\x80\x99s practices against award criteria and implement necessary improvements.
eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score)
  • eNPS Measurement: Experience in measuring and interpreting eNPS to gauge employee satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actionable Insights: Ability to derive actionable insights from eNPS data to drive HR strategies.
