About the Department
You will join the P&O Digital Development and Analytics function in Global People and Organisation (P&O), reporting to the Director of Process Excellence. You will also be having a local manager with matrix reporting lines.
The Process Excellence team is a global team, working closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organisation. We are a good mix of employees with different backgrounds and experience, and value an informal and fun working environment.
In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we drive the P&O Digital strategy & roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact. In addition, we are shaping and owning customer journeys ensuring our customers get the best experience from our P&O Services, including aligning our key P&O metrics to measure customer experience. We are curious about Digital Innovation, developing new solutions building on the latest trends within automation and digitalisation across the entire P&O organisation.
