: Payroll HR Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll HR Specialist to oversee all aspects of payroll administration and human resources operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes including calculations, deductions, and reconciliations for a diverse employee base.
• Ensure adherence to payroll policies and legal requirements, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR team to administer employee benefits and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management review.
• Coordinate with finance department for payroll funding and reporting purposes.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll matters and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 to 6 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
