Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team at our Navi Mumbai office in Ghansoli. The HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing the company's payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, including ESIC, PF, and other statutory contributions.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and financial records.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with specific expertise in Indian payroll processes.
• In-depth knowledge of ESIC, PF, and other payroll terms and contributions.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations in India.
