Compile and process payroll data such as hours worked, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
Process payroll in a timely manner according to established deadlines.

Compliance and Documentation:

Stay updated with labor laws and regulations related to payroll processing in India.
Maintain accurate records of employee information, payroll transactions, and tax filings.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns as required by regulatory authorities.

Employee Queries and Support:

Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
Provide support and guidance to employees on matters related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.

Benefits Administration:

Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as insurance, and other perks.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate enrollment and deductions for employee benefits.

Payroll Reconciliation and Reporting:

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in payroll operations.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
