Companies incubated in the last 15 months - , , .RolesBeing an HR Payroll Associate you will provide ideas and help brainstorm on process standardization, automation, and improvement in all aspects of payroll to ensure their scalability and continuing effectiveness, You are good at creating and maintaining robust process documentation. You adhere to the internal controls as specified by Company policies. You are expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams.   • Ensure the timely processing of monthly payroll and final settlements.
  • Should be familiar with input, output & payroll compliance.
  • Ensure resolution of payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure payroll processes adhere to the regulations, regarding taxation, wage and other payroll related requirements.
Data Management
  • Ability to manage and maintain data in an organised manner
  • Creation of monthly Leaves Dashboards and reports as required.
  • Managing data & documents of employees on GreyTHR portal.
Policy Management:
  • Oversee & administer leave policies and other employee benefits.
  • Policy revival and management of insurance policy for all employees within 2070Health
  • Creation and documentation of new policies as and when required
Vendor Management:
  • Negotiate contracts, and pricing terms with vendors, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Timely payment of vendors and record-keeping
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR vendors, serving as a primary point of contact for vendor enquiries, issues and escalations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HR operations, payroll & labour compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management. MBA or Additional HR certifications are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and high on accuracy
  • Strong analytical and technical ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle internal audits & analyse statistics.
  • Should be familiar with working on HRMS and other tools required for the smooth running of HR processes.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple processes and assignments simultaneously balanced personality with integrity and adaptability.
