DESCRIPTIONJOB DESCRIPTION: -
- Co-ordination with Recruitment and ERC Team for maintaining accurate headcount
- Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
- Grievance Handling, Statutory Compliances and utilizing ACL mechanisms to proactively sense ER issues
- HRIS hygiene check and other HR reports including payroll
- Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances as applicable
- Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
- Driving engagement activities including but not limited to Birthday celebration, CSR activities , weekly engagement fun activities, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
- Vendor management and cafeteria management
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
