You will be working as HR Operations Team Lead and will be reporting to HR Operations Delivery Manager - ELC & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for leading HR operations within an assigned team in one or more countries in a hub or front office for one or more service line(s) (TAA, TM, ELC, PY, CP, PD, GM, or PA). Assuming full accountability for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets in the concerned geography or service line. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the HR operations hub or front office processes of the respective country adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities Leading, managing and developing the team ensuring an integrated approach to service delivery and collaboration with the HR systems and improvements team Designing and delivering solutions aligned with our HR Strategy. Governing HR processes and develop improvement plans in needed areas. Building the controls and KPIs in place for effective process governance Leading team in daily huddles, discuss and continuously improving on key operational metrics Quality checking on the key critical transactions processed by team as defined in the quality framework Demonstrating high proficiency in processes and standard operating procedures with ability to resolve complex queries Monitoring team performance and working on the low performing employees and accountable for setting team performance expectations, reinforcing goals, providing coaching and feedback on performance Proactively leading team to identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline information and processes, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls to achieve annual productivity goals Managing tracking and delivery of ELCM services according to defined service level agreement(s) like OTD, quality and customer satisfaction (C-SAT) and managing M&A and other country projects related to system and process impacting ELC Your background A Bachelor\'s degree in any stream At least 10+ years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization with minimum 5+ years of experience as people manager Ability to manage a team size of 8 - 10 members Hands on experience on SAP and Workday knowledge will be advantageous Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills Flexible to work in shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment More about us ABB\'s shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Global Travel Services and external Customer Contact Centers.
