You will be working as HR Operations Specialist and will be reporting to Jr HR team Lead & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) / country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities Executing Talent Management processes and consolidating data for processes like Performance and Development Appraisal (PDA), Mid-Year Review and succession planning Managing system administration related to the Talent Management processes and coordinating various internal assessments Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all Talent Management stakeholders Ensuring execution and delivery of Talent Management services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) Responding to employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool) Recommending continuous improvements and simplify existing Talent Management processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders Your background Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in HR Specialization Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous Experience in HR shared services, SAP, Payroll will be an added advantage Experience working on ERP tools would be preferred Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating, analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills More about us ABB\'s shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Global Travel Services and external Customer Contact Centers.
