About the internshipWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR intern to support our HR team in various tasks related to HRMS implementation, onboarding, exit formalities, and database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of HR processes and ensuring efficient handling of HR-related activities.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS)
2. Support the background verification (BGV) process, including initiating and tracking verification requests
3. Help manage the exit formalities for departing employees, including documentation
4. Maintain and update data and records in the HRMS database
5. Assist with employee onboarding activities and documentation
6.
